The Queen's Translation Exchange and the Oxford Comparative Criticism and Translation (OCCT) Research Centre enjoyed an engaging evening of translation and literature with celebrated German author Clemens Meyer. Participants had the opportunity to work with Meyer on translating passages from his latest novel, Dark Satellites, to hear him read and to ask him about his work. Please note that glossaries were provided for the workshop and translations for the reading, so no knowledge of German was required for this event.
