I obtained a BA in French and German (2016–2020) and an MSt in Comparative Literature and Critical Translation (2020–2021) from Jesus College, University of Oxford, and took courses at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen (2015–2016) and École Normale Supérieure Paris (2018–2019). I am now pursuing a comparative DPhil in Medieval and Modern Languages at The Queen’s College, University of Oxford, which investigates transnational communities of memory in contemporary literatures in French and German. My research is supported by the Clarendon Fund and a Queen’s College Graduate Scholarship.
Alongside my studies, I have worked as a Stipendiary Lecturer in German at Jesus College, teaching German Literature and Film, and I currently teach a course in French Thought for the Faculty of Modern Languages. I co-convene the French Graduate Seminar, which takes place fortnightly at All Souls College.
